“We worked with Daniel to finalise the design and planning for renovation of our Battery Point home. Testimony to Daniel's capability and diligence is that he was the third architect we used on this project, having been through a long and unproductive process, Daniel was quickly able to distil the remaining planning issues to be resolved. He was able to effectively manage the engagement with Hobart City Council planers and heritage to get DA approval in accordance with what we wanted. Daniel is not only extremely capable in terms of design but is equally at home with client engagement. We were most impressed with Daniel's in-depth knowledge of the planning and development processes and his ability to navigate these issues with sensitivity and effectiveness with Council and other approving bodies.
