I can go on about his design and vision, but Dan brought so much more to the project than just creating a pretty picture. We built our home in Hillsborough NJ where the town is strict with compliance and our builder was a nightmare!! Dan went above and beyond the call of duty. Without Dan in our corner we would have never gotten to the finish line!!!! We were and are very happy with Dan's work ethic, vision, project oversight, and all around professionalism/knowledge. “I used PLM Architects when I was going to put an extension on my building for my business. They did such a Great Job that I hired them to design the extension i put on my house. They are easy to deal with and always responded to my emails and any changes I wanted along the way. I think the thing that I liked the most was when I handed in the Architects plans to the township they said that the Architect did a Great Job and was very thorough. That saved me so much time, money and frustration. During the construction of my projects, when I had to alter anything PLM Architects were very easy to get hold of and make the changes I needed. I would very highly recommend them”

“We engaged Princeton Design Collaborative to provide design concepts for a small master bathroom addition. The current bathroom configuration was virtually unusable. The two concepts provided were cost effective for the client, and provided an aesthetically appealing design to the front of the home that matched the existing facade. The drawings were extremely complete and detailed as to make the permitting process with the township go smoothly. We look forward to working with John Conroy on future projects, and would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in architectural design concepts and drawings.”

Primiano Architecture was recommended to us by an acquaintance. From our first meeting with Joe we knew he was the right person. He was honest, intelligent and most importantly he listened and made suggestions. It was a true partnership. “The services provided included providing plans for the renovation of our 1932 Craftsman Home. We had weekly office design meetings and on site meetings to develop plans to suit the home and the neighborhood. SOME Architects had knowledge and resources regarding Craftsman homes and also took into account our specific needs. SOME Architects assisted in the selection of choosing a reputable builder, arranged meetings for us to interview local contractors. Once we selected a contractor, and the plans were completed and approved by the town we kept SOME Architects involved in a supervisory position. SOME Architect also is also a great resource for local businesses necessary for the many design elements and professionals There were many times that we had questions and concerns that the professional expertise if SOME Architects was needed. Our best advice to potential clients would be to keep SOME Architects involved until the project is completed. We love our home and we receive lots of compliments from family, friends, neighbors, and people passing by when we are outside in our garden.”

“We hired Liesl Geiger in 2005 to renovate an apartment in Greenwich Village for our new family. Our satisfaction in working with Liesl has been such that we hired her again to renovate an old home in Berkeley when we moved to California in 2010. She is an excellent architect, with a broad knowledge base, good listening skills, and a talent for finding the true inspiration for a project. She is skilled from a technical perspective, as well. We have now had two different teams work to implement her designs and both have been impressed with the thoroughness of her drawings. Liesl has the technical skills and attention to detail that make the build-out of a project a success. What’s more, in both instances she has had a strong working relationship with the contracting team, supplying clear, understandable drawings and directions and being responsive to them as a team. In both instances she has created a positive working environment that led to shared success.”

“Cathy Knight was the architect for a major renovation and restoration of our 1895 three-story, seven-bedroom, eight-bath home on a two acre in-town site. The project entailed complete rebuilding of the house and several additions and new outbuildings. Infrastructure issues addressed were complete rebuilding of the foundation and successful waterproofing of the basement, rebuilding of chimmneys serving 8 fireplaces, rewiring and replumbing the entire house, replacing and refinishing of floors throughout, rebuilding stairways and securing and replacing failing structural beams. Four new bathrooms were added and 4 bathrooms were renovated. Interior finishes and molding were replaced or restored. New HVAC was installed. Site planning and reconfiguration of the gardens were part of the project. The architect served as project manager for the 18-month construction period. This complex project was magnificently, creatively and efficiently excecuted by the architect and her staff.”

“I had the pleasure of working with m.o.d.e. Architects this year on a beautiful up and coming Jersey shore restaurant. We provided the end user with beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring. I specifically worked with Jason, and found his ideas and concepts to be extremely creative, and functional. We completed the project a few months back, and the entire experience was enjoyable, and stress free thanks to Jays assistance, and wonderful visual aids. I would gladly work with m.o.d.e.
