“Tony was both creative and pragmatic on our massive rennon project on this 1978 link detached house that had been neglected and unloved since the previous owner was taken ill, some time back. His use of space and introduction of light and curves into areas of the house have been elemental in creating more space for us and we are delighted with the thoughtful choice of materials. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”

“Tim Hannon visited me to discuss plans for my new house, having explained what I wanted Tim came back with a plan, there were a few tweeks to satisfy my requirements, but other wise the design was perfect. Tim kept in touch through the whole process, offering advice when I needed it (I project managed the site) the result was a property that is frequently admired by passers by and a very comfortable home to live in.”

“Engaged Dean at Mill Architecture for a house extension and replacement garage on the recommendation of a builder. Job was undertaken with a great level of professionalism and the intricacies of the planning process where dealt with very effectively, leading to full approval. Activities were turned around in the times frames agreed and the overall management was spot on. Dean also engaged an Engineer for us to obtain the building regs approval and the resulting pack of materials for the builder were totally comprehensive. Overall very happy and would recommend.”
