He came up with creative solutions to our requests that we wouldn’t have been able to come up with on our own. To top it all off, Jim was a pleasure to work with on this property. “Sandy did a great job of listening to my husband and my needs, and she designed a great pop top for our Denver Square. There were many hiccups along the way (but what home remodel doesn't have one!) and Sandy went above and beyond in making sure our issues were addressed and fixed. There were many occasions where an issue would arise (foundation wasn't good, we needed more money for framing, etc) and she would provide a solution, and then explain the problem and the solution together. Sometimes the solution had to have more money, but there were occasions where she would figure out how to save us money as well!”

“Mr. Travis is very knowledgable and exhibited great patience in our design job. My wife knew exactly what she wanted and Mr. Travis went back over many parts of our project numerous times in order to get it just right. It required some time and great patience on both sides, but in the end it was worth it because we ended up with a plan that resulted in an excellent and beautiful house.”

“We hired Leigh at Studio 4C was amazing! She created a second master suite in our house, and was able to create a cost effective space that preserved function, design, and high quality décor. It was really important to us to hire someone who was both an architect and interior designer. She was able to give us many options from tile to cabinet hardware--oftentimes, from the comfort of our own home, by clicking an internet link! I would use Leigh and Studio 4C for any future projects!”

“Vesta designed and supervised the building of our house. The design meets our needs and more. It is innovative, incorporating a number of features that make the house not only beautiful but functional as well. Sally is easy to work with. She comes up with great ideas and solutions while never forgetting the clients needs and wants. She supervised and assisted the contractor and the result was a cooperation that, for us, resulted in a beautiful and very comfortable home. Pictures of our house are available on Vesta's website.”
