“Pat took on the project of designing and providing all drawings for a garage. We ended up with storage int he upstairs 12 feet wide with special designed rafters. She saved us money by designing a single pour floor. We ended up with 4 garage doors, 3 int he front and one on the gable end. We have water, 220 volt electric, and LED lights. She had everything listed, right down to the screen guards on the gutters.”
