“We have worked with Patricia Brennan Architects on 4 different projects of varying scale - from a kitchen/bathroom remodel to the transformation of a 4-story derelict warehouse into an AIA award winning building of artist live/work spaces. Each experience has left us with a deep appreciation for the work she does and how she does it. Patricia listens closely - she listens to the physical space of the project and she listens to the desires and needs of her clients. She engages in a collaborative dialogue at the outset of a project and continues the dialogue until the project is complete. She has an amazing sense of color, a wide range of knowledge about all kinds of materials (from lighting to flooring and everything in between) and she provides recommendations for high quality professionals and reliable contractors. She’s attentive to detail, to budget, to practical problem solving and to the aesthetics, flow and functionality of a space. “Steve is the architect and designer for our current remodeling project. He's been so great and helpful from the beginning on designing our house structure to recommending style of furniture that would match the design. He offers creative and excellent ideas and alternatives based on our budget. He devotes 120% of his thoughts and ideas in accommodating the style of the house that we like and the tight budget we have. It's a big project and we've formed a great team that we have been feeling comfortable to work with each other. There is only 1 month left before the project is finished and we are very happy to see the progress. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who wants to do their house remodeling.”

“I am so pleased with the work the Refine Design architecture team has delivered for our home remodel. We bought a funky 1940s house that needs a ton of love and work. At first, it was quite overwhelming to not know the possibilities of the home and what could modernize it but also maintain some of the original factors that we love. We had a couple of ideas when we sat down with the team and they not only helped bring our vision to life, but offered different ideas and a point of view we had not thought of. I highly recommend this duo - they are incredibly easy to work with and passionate about what they do. Thank you both for your help with our home!”

“Gerald was excellent at creating a unique design for a home that was located on a highly difficult to develop lot. This lake property had many restrictions and a difficult county to work with. Gerald was able to stay within the restrictions and still create an amazing design. He was also able to connect us with several excellent general contractors. We will definately work with Gerald again!”

“ArchiUS remodeled our media room, kids play room, lower floor and deck. The media room has become "the" place in the house. They are are insightful, reasonably priced and can reimagine a space like we could never have. So glad we hired them! Highly recommend!”
