“Our requirement was a bit unusual as we needed to fit a new structure onto the rear of the house without compromising existing windows, and to create a novel and dramatic structure with ‘wow’ factor whilst transforming the overall look of the rear elevation. Where two previous architects had failed to find a solution that we liked, Lizzie took us through a layered process that ultimately delivered an exciting and unique solution. Through this, she developed a good understanding of what we were trying to achieve and we are delighted with the resulting scheme.
Lizzie provided an excellent drawings pack that our builders rate as the best they have seen, and was highly effective at working through detail with us and the builders and key suppliers to ensure no issues or surprises as the build progressed. The final result certainly met and exceeded our expectations. Strongly recommend.”

He arranged a site visit, listened to our ideas then went away to put it all together on paper including 3D illustrations which gave a excellent realistic vision of what we were aiming to achieve. With his vast knowledge, he gave us alternative ideas to which we decided to go with the option of a full height vaulted ceiling allowing for larger skylight on stairwell creating much more bright open space. Dane also supplied us full construction drawings, dealt with building control and any queries they had right up to the start of the build. He has also been on hand with any questions we’ve had during the build. He was very prompt will all the plans throughout and fees are reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend Dane, very professional and competent.”
