“Jonathan Spicer was our architect on the design and build of extensiosn to a 1920s house, refurbished some 10 years earlier. The work included reconfiguration of bedrooms and bathroom, 2nd and 3rd floor extensions and a new outdoor cabana. His design was intuitive and respectful to the existing structure. He was very responsive to our ideas and offered timely and creative solutions. His knowledge of planning requirements was extensive and his communications with council timely and effective. The project was completed on time and has been a great improvement to our house. I have recommended Jonathan as an architect to friends and would definitely do so again.”
