“Full set of drawings for single floor extension to rear of the house. Drawings were completed to an agreed time frame and amended at my request without delay.
A full brief was carried out before drawing work started with Matt explaining what may be best for such an extension.
The only amendments i needed to make was the roof covering as the zinc proposed (my choice) worked out very expensive so asked for an alternative and again was given advise without any hassle.
Overall a very good service and would recommend to anybody in the future.”

“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget.
We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

“The job that my wife and I engaged Hawkes Edwards to do was something of a challenge, it was an extension/conversion of a grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse,which also happened to be in a conservation area in Stratford-on-Avon to be precise. Trevor and his team were excellent through all stages of our project, the consent and planning approval were seamless which relieved us of any potential stress. It was a pleasure to work with Trevor and his team and we can honestly say what they did totally transformed the house, merging the former Georgian glory with a 21st century home and thus creating one of Stratford's finest houses. Both my wife and I were delighted with the outcome as i'm sure Trevor was.
