“We have worked with Emerald Arcitects for 5 years as main contractors to some of their clients based in the North East of England. Whilst we are currently extending a mid century modern house, our most recently completed project with them was a barn conversion to a holiday let which involved green enery tech such as underfloor heating, solar panels and harnessing power from a wind turbine. The client's brief was to have the most energy efficient build possible within a 10 month timeframe. Emerald and ourselves worked hard to achieve this and ultimately the project was awarded an A rating for energy efficiency - exceeding the client's expectations.
