“We have had the privilege of working with Wanda twice. Both pre-construction condo projects, combining two units, designing our home from scratch. Our experience with the first project 10 years earlier made working with her again a no-brainer when we were ready to move. To our surprise, she happened to already have a business relationship with the builder which made the complex, 2 plus year period, that much easier to navigate. There are so many intricate details that go into designing a home and working with all the players involved in condo developments. Wanda took the lead on all of this advocating for us throughout. She took a deep dive into our wants, needs and preferences leveraging them in the design of every room in our home from the layout of the pantry, to the coffee nook, to the jewelled lighting in the bedroom. Projects like these feel like a leap of faith for a client which can be stressful, unless you have the benefit of a knowledgeable professional with a proven track record that you can trust implicitly. Our new home is so beautiful we have zero desire to ever move again, but if we did, we wouldn’t consider a project like this, unless Wanda could take it on. I have to add, her team, Victoria and Jade, are an extension of her. Consistent, detail oriented, creative and always a pleasure to deal with. Working with them for the past two years, they have all become the friends we will miss connecting with weekly.”

“We are extremely satisfied with Gabriele who designed our home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated professional. From the beginning of the project to its completion, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our needs and vision. He was always easy to communicate with, taking the time to listen to our ideas, answer our questions, and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the design process. His expertise and creativity helped transform our ideas into a beautiful and functional home that exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was his commitment to ensuring we were comfortable and confident every step of the way. His responsiveness, patience, and caring approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, he was worth every penny. We are grateful for his outstanding work and couldn't be happier with the result.”

“From the moment of our first meeting, Kenneth exuded the utmost care and expertise in his field. We have been wowed by the BKDP design process, for all of our bathrooms, from the start. Just wanted to thank Kenneth and his team for their beautiful work and professionalism, we truly have our dream bathrooms! Sometimes I just want to live in our master bath with the heated floors :) Friends and family have been wowed by the “hotel like” finishes and custom builds. We will always remember Kenneth and his team for their responsiveness and care for our needs and home. In addition, all of the contractors and tradespeople involved in the project were kind, communicative and clearly experts in their fields: beautiful tiling, warm cabinetry and finishes. We want to express our sincere gratitude for everyone involved in the process! We would not hesitate to recruit BKDP in the future for any design or renovation needs - their work is elegant and of the highest quality. Amy and Dave”
