“We decided to award Home Architecture the design contract for a large rear extension we had planned for our 1930s house. The designed drawing by Mike had some design options that at the time we had not considered. With this open advice and forward thinking vision we approved modification for the final drawing sign off. Its now some eight years since we had the extension done and still very much appreciated the input we had from the architects. The rear extension in brief consisted of a approx 6m x 4m single story extension, with
tiled roof , velux windows and Bi-fold doors across the rear to open up onto hard wood decking. I would recommend Home Architecture if you are considering building works small or large.”

“We wished to extend our house but it is a very unusual shape. We were looking for an Architect who could come up with a design for a 2 storey extension that maintained the character of the house but provided us with more usable living space. We chose Adapt because their initial design concept fulfilled all our requirements yet remained within our suggested budget.
Although construction is not yet complete, our neighbours have commented on how much better the house looks. We are pleased at how much more space we will have when the work is complete and how the house will be far more suitable for us as we get older.
Alan talked us through the whole process of Planning & Building Control approval & kept us fully informed during these processes. Additionally, he recommended suitable structural engineers and surveyors to assist us, and sent out tender documents to the various builders who were quoting for the work.
Altogether, we were provided with an excellent service and would recommend this company without hesitation.
