“J'ai fais la rencontre de Luc Gélinas par l'intermédiaire de mon travail en 2010 et nous avons eu une très belle collaboration. J'ai donc procédé avec lui en mai 2015 pour la rénovation de notre résidence (1959). Nous avons ajouté une chambre au RDC, modifié la salle de bain, démoli la cuisine pour faire place à une cuisine plus ouverte, le salon, le hall d'entré et l'escalier arrière!! Nous sommes entièrement satisfait, les configurations sont parfaites et il a su répondre à nos besoins tout en créant un espace qui nous ressemble! Merci encore pour ton professionnalisme et ton écoute! I met Luc Gélinas as part of my job in 2010 and we had a very nice collaboration. I decided to work with him in May 2015 for the renovation of our residence (1959). We added a room on the ground floor, changed the bathroom, the kitchen was demolished for an open kitchen, new lounge, new entrance hall and rear stairs !! We are completely satisfied, the configurations are perfect and it met our needs while creating a space that looks like us! Thank you again for your professionalism and your listening! “Exemplary. That is the best way to describe how Andrew and Sophie managed our entirely new garage roof and interior of garage renovation. From a great design with innovative ideas right through getting Permits from the City to working with and even arranging craftsmen as well as selecting and purchasing high quality deck furniture. A totally professional turn key job. High end with down to earth sensibility and politeness and SERVICE. We have done three total home renovations and we have not come across better!! “Savard Architecte designed my new home; it is an ecological and hexagonal home. It was designed for the country by a lake with uneven terrain. It has many windows to let the light in as it is surrounded by tall trees. It also has an open mezzanine and cathedral ceilings. A separate two car garage and workshop was also designed.”
