“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Emilie helped us with the renovation of our newly purchased home and we were very satisfied with the end result. She helped us navigate through some difficult choices of decoration and painting, had great teams of builders/painters/electricians/plumbers etc and throughout the entire process she demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. Emilie was always very responsive to email, would answer very quickly to email and phone calls and would come on site a least once a day, sometimes a lot more. We had a good idea of what we wanted but she allowed us to translate them in clear instruction for the builders. Emilie also came up with some great additional idea to brighten the house. She was also able to help us to execute the overall restoration at a very good price. I would recommend Emilie to anyone looking to start a new project in London. She understand what you need and how much you can spend and will make your dream house become a reality”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

“What we first loved about Mark's designs was their imagination and vision. The extension he designed for us was on a very difficult site and he immediately came up with all kinds of adventurous solutions. In the end we simply could not afford the optimum version, but he was able to adapt the original design to be closer to our budget and the final result is a huge success, greatly admired by everyone who sees it.”
