“I hired AMS Design to do a complete a full renovation project. Azadeh did an amazing job not just with the design but with managing all details with the city. She managed all engineering designs and plans required to obtain the permit. I have been in the real estate business for about 10 years. I have never worked with any design company that is even close to AMS. No single deadline missed, attention to all architectural details, classy and open design and layout. She felt Bess would be a good fit for me and my job, and I knew from our first meeting she was right. Bess and her Studio 3 team came on the job when we completed the basic house conceptual plan. As well, her knowledge, expertise and practical approach has been so valuable especially as this is my first major house remodel. We still have a ways to go, but she is willing to work with you on what services you need in regards to your budget, which I appreciate. The project had numerous obstacles including a load bearing wall that was over the property line, a very steep hill side with a ton of earthquake retrofitting required, and a bridge to link two buildings.
