“Every day we find cause to enjoy our home and be thankful for the creative architecture and professional work of DE atelier - their design is innovative, functional and a retreat for peaceful living. Special features include raised walkway floating over a pond at the entrance, light-filled stairwell directing residents to lower level self contained living area, two bedrooms, study and bathroom. Upstairs the kitchen, living, balcony and master bedroom. Moving between the living and the bedroom features an internal bridge / walkway. The design enhances our privacy as we look out to a rural view, yet sheltered from the urban street.”

“"In the past we have built many different houses, this one was our eighth. K+ARchitects were involved from the beginning and were instrumental in fine tuning the plans to enable full use of the site and the spectacular views. The house has a bold presence in the streetscape. Kate and Andrew were great to work with, understood our requirements and so were able to transform them into a workable site plan. We love our house. It is easy to live in and full of natural light. We would not hesitate in recommending K+ARchitects to our family and friends".”
