“We began working with Nathan on designing our dream retirement home on the Oregon Coast in mid-2014. Of course we had ideas of what type of home we wanted but knew that they were not really a fit for the lot that we owned. Nathan listened to our ideas and gently and skillfully steered us towards a design that tastefully incorporated them (or the concept behind them) while also honoring the lot, the view and the environment. We were living out-of-state at the time but Nathan and his team made the long distance process work efficiently. On-line design reviews greatly helped convey detailed information in both directions and facilitated quick resolution of any issues as they arose. We only used Nathan and his team for the initial and detailed design phases, and drafting of detailed construction/permit plans. However, they worked well with our builder of choice on issues and design modification suggestions to make sure our vision would be successfully executed. Nathan was as absolute delight to work with and his team was knowledgeable and professional in all regards.”

The Formica was showing its age and we wanted to replace our laminate floors (installed about. 10 years ago. It was a pretty major remodel taking out two walls to open our family room, kitchen, dining /living room area - the first floor of our tri level home. Jillian and mike were quick to respond to our questions and ideas. We stayed close to our budget and the end product is we have a beautiful updated kitchen and living area. The granite countertops are gorgeous as well as the kentwood hardwood (acacia) floors. We are loving every bit of it!”
