“I have known Bill Peck professionally since 2007. I have 35 years in the commercial construction and development business and hired Bill to design a house for our retirement that would be efficient using the latest methods that made financial sense. While I have been building LEED Certified buildings for the government, I knew a lot of the green building technology does not have a payback time line that would benefit me or my wife at this point in our lives.
