Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. “We are very fortunate to have Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel recently complete an extensive remodel of our home. This is the third project in less than 2 years I have completed with Steve. I was looking for a contractor who could understand and bring my design tastes to life. Steve Price and Beautiful Remodel did so. Steve is not only the general contractor; he is also the designer and spent an extensive amount of time discussing what we wanted in the remodel of our home. We have unique taste and we were quite concerned that we could not find a designer and contractor to create what we had in mind, much less understand what we were describing. In a job of this scope, there are unknown expenses that are going to impact job estimates.
