“Creating our new home with Jason Poremba, was a terrific experience. And now that we are living in it, our home has exceeded all expectations, due to his thoughtful design. The entire design and build process was very collaborative. Jason took time to listen and develop a relationship with our entire family, so that he understood how we live, and then designed an inspiring space that works perfectly with our lifestyle. His design expertise is evident in the way he successfully balanced a rather traditional exterior with the more contemporary, clean lines that we wanted for the interior. “We worked with Alex for approx. 2 years on our project which was just completed in July 2013. We own an 1875 Carriage House that we were looking to update, renovate and expand to modern specifications. From start to finish I felt like our dream project was in good hands. We basically tore down 75% of the original structure, renovated the remaining 25% and expanded up adding a lot of second floor living space. We found it a pleasure to work with Alex and our builder found the same thing to be true. We would recommend ADL III highly. This project totaled approx. $600,000.”

“I live in a house designed by RLA, but did not commission them for the job. The house is extremely well thought out, taking great advantage of a small plot. The flow of the rooms works well, making furniture placement easy. The house is super bright as a result of well placed interior and exterior Windows. We would definitely consider them for another assignment.”
