A short time after the meeting the plans were shown to us and they were perfect! We are now a few months into our renovation and Mr. Phipps has been available for questions and changes as needed. “We bought an home that had been built in the 1950's in Tampa, Florida. It had been added to by previous owners and was a stylistic mess. It was very run down too. I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.”
