He incorporated the beauty of the outdoors throughout. He is very creative and innovative. Yet sensitive to the tastes, preferences and budget of the client. He is versatile as well, creating designs that reflect the culture and natural setting of very different regions of the country. We could not be happier with the result. As a result we have a new house and a lifelong friend.”

“We built a new home with the design help of John Melby. He was terrific! He had a lot of great ideas that others had not thought of, kept our construction budget constraints in mind throughout the process, and was extremely fast and responsive. John was able to listen to our ideas and “get on the same page” almost instantly, staying true to our desired style and function. If we build again or even remodel we will definitely use Melby Design.”

“Andy at Ginko House is one of the best. His designs are both cutting edge and thoughtful. He is very good at creating space that feels right, and looks great. I've worked with him as a contractor several times, and found him to be a team player, very responsive, yet keeps the integrity of the project at the forefront. His client side manner is excellent. He works very hard to understand what the client is after, and strives to give the client exactly what they need. I reccomend Ginko House Architects very highly.”

“Gregory served as the architect for an addition to our 150 year old two story log farm house. He did a good job of listening and understanding our objectives and visions for the space. In addition to drawing the plans, he developed a detailed and realistic budget for the project. Throughout the construction he worked with our GC to track costs and manage the project. We are thrilled with how the space turned out and would absolutely recommend Gregory.”
