From the start, it seemed that we were on 'the same page' with our thoughts and wishes. He was easy to talk to, respectful of our ideas and budget, too. His drawings gave us a really good look at what the finished house front could be like. Later he produced blueprints for our contractor. During the construction, he came by see his/our plan in progress.
