“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. “Ian acted as our architect for an extension project back in 2001 and when we came to do a full renovation of our house 15 years later we were very happy to use his services once again. He is great to work with to realise your ambitions within your budget, get you over the line with the planning and building control authorities, find a contractor and then supervise the project through to completion.
