His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. “Claudia was the first architect I interviewed and I liked her so much that I canceled the other two I had scheduled. I have a 130 year old home which needed a full gut remodel, with relocation of the stairway, some new foundation walls, three dormers, a reconstructed front entry porch, and a new back deck. Some exterior walls had to be straightened, and 60% of the floor plan was was change. Throughout the whole process, Claudia was not just professional, she was calm, collected and always in control of every situation. Sure there were bumps along the way - it's not possible to remodel an entire home without some surprises. But in addition to inspiring mine and the contractor's confidence, she was always there to be supportive and helpful with finish out choices. Claudia recommended our contractor, who was also excellent. I highly recommend Claudia for any residential project. She's the best !”

In 2013, she designed a two-story addition that included a new master bedroom suite and kitchen, and a reconfiguration of existing space. In connection with the latter project, Lisa also represented us before the zoning board for a small variance. We found Lisa very professional and accommodating of our schedules. She initially presented us with multiple ideas and was detail oriented in the design process. The result is fantastic. She considered important drainage/water issues that were important for the design and we could not be more pleased with the space. We highly recommend Lisa.”

“If you are looking for an architect, look no further than Chad at SOON Architecture. We did not know what to expect and were a little intimidated by the whole process at first. We had never worked with an architect before and were not sure how this would go. Well, our first meeting with Chad, we knew we were in good hands and he was the right person for the job. He explained everything to us, with as much or as little detail as we needed. He was also so patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). He always had a smile and was very flexible with our needs. He met with the contractors on-site to walk them through the project and was always available by phone to answer their questions as well to get the right materials and specifications for their quote. We will work with Chad again in the future and we highly recommend him for all of your architectural needs.

“Xiomara and team completed the design for our project - a 3 story addition to our 1920's home. We are in the process of adding a finished basement/media room, first floor mud room/powder room/family room, second floor master suite, and third floor bedroom/bath. We chose to work with Xiomara because of her focus on seemlessly incorporating the new with the old - you cannot tell we have even done an addition. Our project was complex and required reworking the entire clay tile roof line. Our house now functions beautifully. Xiomara had many great ideas and she took our rough concept of what we needed and has transformed our home. I would highly recommend Xiomara and her team.”
