He was very involved during the construction process providing invaluable feedback and answers to questions that inherently come up during the course of a construction project. In addition to that, I found him to be a very competent architect that tailored his design to the needs of this particular client and the challenging site he had to work with ensuring a very successful and well put together end result. Dean was great to work with because he brought his architectural talent and creativity to the table while also listening to our wants and needs -- and even though we were one of his smallest projects, Dean gave us his full attention, which we really appreciated. He did a beautiful job modernizing our mid-century modern home while also preserving its original character. He then turned what I fondly used to refer as "the shed" behind our house into a a great studio / gym.”

As an added bonus, our home has been featured in print publications and broadcast programs, was recognized with numerous awards and was included in a Dwell magazine home tour.
