“A really outstanding business. We used the team at Woodford to help us update an old Rectory we had purchased. Gavin developed the new design for our kitchen, en-suite master bedroom and two other bathrooms. He picked up very cleverly on existing design elements of the original Georgian rectory and incorporated these into a modern but appropriate twist for the new designs. We ended up following all Sarah's proposals for flooring, wall colours, kitchen & bathroom fixtures & fittings. She also developed beautiful ideas for curtains and roman-blinds and was able to recommend a great local company who provided the fabrication (and who did a really good job on this). In summary, their advice and professionalism was wide-ranging, great value-for-money and time-generous. Gavin & Sarah and the team at Woodford absolutely exceeded our expectations.”

“James designed and oversaw a major four-unit residentail conversion for the rental market in Central London. This involved significant planning and listed buiding issues and he negotiated a potentially sensitive and difficult design process with aplomb. His interaction with the various contractors was also spot on. The resulting apartments have attracted very strong rents which is testament to their design and the finish quality which James was able to help provide.”

“I had a great result from working with Lawrence on my basement flat extension and outhouse building project. Lawrence understood the brief fully and undertook detailed plans that were clear and representative. The whole experience was very collaborative, especially on the design and planning process. Lawrence handled all of the planning application and saved me a lot of time and worry about this. The result is a highly attractive, modern, yet complimentary extension and outhouse and I could not recommend him more.”
