“Charles was a referral and as soon as we contacted him, he was easy to talk to and reliable. After we spoke with him about our vision for our addition to our home, we scheduled a time within one week for him to visit our home. After Charles visited, we had an easy conversation about our vision and he shared additional ideas that we can add to our addition. It took Charles about three weeks to send us our first draft. During the second draft, we conducted a virtual meeting so we could review the drawings and he made changes as we shared with him what we wanted done differently. It was so cool to see the changes and our vision come to life. Charles really listen to what we wanted, and also provided his expertise with adding to our addition.”

“My dealings with Mauro from Unique Designs Inc. could not have gone better: very fast response to initial inquiry; very personable on the phone; and responded to my pushy request faster than I anticipated (very time sensitive matter). I highly recommend using Unique Designs Inc. if their services fit your needs.”

“We were so happy to find Will and The Landing Company. Will helped us with the design phase of our main floor kitchen/dining/sitting room reno for our Craftsman style home. Really appreciated how he saw the unique character and beauty of our home and helped us to move towards the more contemporary look we were seeking. Planning and creating ideas with Will was fun and exciting- we loved the 3D images he provided with us that really helped us to visualize the potential options. Will brought us options we would never have considered on our own and helped us feel more confident about a process that can sometimes be overwhelming. We would recommend Will very highly- he is creative, professional, warm and caring and uses his depth and breadth of experience to benefit his clients and their goals.”
