I was genuinely impressed with the scheme Paul drew up for us. He listened to our requirements, created something which was not only practical but aesthetically pleasing...and then navigated us through the planning permission labyrinth, dealing with some challenging neighbours' concerns along the way! He also has great connections and relations with builders and trades in the local area so can provide guidance on the full scope of build projects. Thanks a lot Paul!”

“Steve and Dom Shiels proved to be an excellent choice. We found them on the internet. Our first meeting showed that they listened to what we wanted then added all sorts of interesting ideas and details for us to think about. They then designed a ground floor extension that had a footprint half the size of our original house. We disscused various options and then settled on a design. They dealt with planning permission with no problems. We were very fortunate that that they tendered to build it too. This was a complete joy. They were at our house everyday for several months and we never felt irritated. The precision and care they took at each stage was incredible. They always left the site clean and tidy. The final building is beautiful, with lots of details that make us think wow. We have lived in this hous for 38 years and have always loved it. We love it even more now. Thank you Steve and Dom.”
