“We decided to change our bathroom to a wet room and Conrad Designer Bathrooms were the people we chose for the project. It was not an easy task but they came up with a good plan and also suggested some ideas which we hadn’t thought of. They worked very hard and kept us informed throughout. The project took just over two weeks and the planning and co-ordination of all the tilers, plasterers and electricians went like clockwork. We are so delighted with the finished product and would recommend Conrad Designer Bathrooms to anyone who wants a beautiful, stylish and well finished bathroom/wet room.”

The Small Bathroom Company suddenly brought the design to life and on-budget. I couldn’t believe how easy they made it all look and it saved me so much time. I didn’t have to keep going through brochures and I really trusted their knowledge of installation and all the techniques. The fitters who work with them were just great. Chris and Tom were so friendly, so considerate about our home, I felt comfortable leaving them to get on with the installation. 5 stars, very very pleased and I can’t stop looking at the bathrooms, they are so nice.”

“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”
