““It was our great pleasure to work with Matt and Lauren with Envision Custom Homes to build our custom 5 bed/5 bath family home on our land in College Park. We built during the challenging times of The Pandemic and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Matt’s deep knowledge of building, his attention to detail and his connections with reputable local trades made the difficult path of building our home much easier. I never once worried that someone working on our home wasn’t the absolute best around. Randy’s attention to detail was helpful throughout the entire project. After that they came in and knocked out the project, and did an amazing job. If you need a kitchen remodel in Jacksonville, Florida they are the people to call!”

“Justin G., the owner of the company, his crew and the subcontractors he has building our new custom home have been outstanding. Justin is constantly at the site, communicating with us and the crew to insure that everything is being built competently and to our specifications. He has accompanied us to assist us in choosing cabinetry, doors and windows, granite, tile, fireplace, flooring, appliances and in designing our pool and deck. He is always warm, welcoming and open to our input, but has helped steer us in the right direction to quality materials and designs. We were very impressed with the relationship he has with his crew and subcontractors. The positive feedback we received from them when initially trying to choose the right builder for us was one of the primary reasons we picked his company. As the build has progressed, we have had the opportunity to appreciate Justin's choice of some of the best craftsman in this area. From the precision of Tony and his crew in framing, to "Bear" in sleek, smooth drywall (even on a 12 foot ceiling), to Mike in gorgeous custom cabinetry, and the Hunts in impeccable tiling, we could not be happier. “Peggy Cornelius is an excellent general contractor. Having been through several renovations on various properties, I found that she hired some of the best subs who had high standards in their quality of work respect for us as the homeowner. Throughout the process, Peggy provided options that resulted in a better design than the one with which we were originally working. And for a neatnik like me, I was impressed at how neat and clean everything was throughout the process. I hope to have a chance to hire her again soon!”
