“TailorCraft has impressed us with their professionalism, quality and reasonable pricing over and over. We are on our second project with them, Rick and Aaron are knowledgable and responsive, and their crew is terrific. Our first project involved a floor to roof remodel of an old beach cottage, there were many unknowns when we started and lots of choices to be made along the way. TailorCraft consistently took the high road and helped us figure out how to make good choices, our home will easily last for another 75 years. I have worked with many contractors before, and there is often a moment where a lazy choice or a go cheap choice is made, that never happened with TailorCraft. The subs they used were also terrific, and we will use them again for general maintenance as needed. Our first job was finished on time and our current job looks like it will be too. Costs were reasonable and well explained, their online system for communication keeps all the details in one place and they always return phone calls. Thank you TailorCraft!”

“After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. The remodel process can be stressful & intimidating. They were creative, fair, resourceful and compassionate throughout the whole process. My husband and I took a year to agree on a paint color in our primary residence. “I contracted the services of O'Hennon Builders on two different occasions. Once was building our home with the total square footage of over 3500, and the other was an extention of a two story screen-in deck over 750 square feet. Both jobs turned out outstanding. I was always able to reach the contractor or his office if I had any questions or wanted modifications to our plans. We were able to keep within our budget and his crew was very respectful and worked very well together.”

“E&L is an extremely professional company with a friendly feel. They have completed 2 projects for me. I got 4 bids for my first job last Spring when I had 2 bathrooms remodeled, one of which evolved quite a bit of moving plumbing and electrical. The second project of a third bathrooms was completed in September. I did’t even get other bid for that because I knew who I wanted to do the job.”
