“It was such a relief to find builders we could trust. Before and during the build we found them to be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, to listen and take our desires on board, but to also offer suggestions and ideas to make things work better. They were also considerate, friendly people. They left the site tidy each day. They even covered the skip to minimise unwelcome contributions! The job is now complete and we are very happy with the result and with our choice of builders. Things went pretty smoothly and it was always a pleasure to deal with them.”

“We have worked with Andy on several building projects. He is an extremely reliable and trustworthy individual. He has managed our projects with the utmost professionalism being very transparent throughout. Andy being very hardworking and focussed has always taken on full responsibility for our projects which meant minimal supervision was required from our end. This was a great positive for us as both of us work long hours and have very little time to focus on these projects. Knowing how much the projects meant to us and how little time we had on hand Andy ensured they were completed to our satisfaction. This meant we could go on for weeks without having to really worry about the work being done or visit the site and be rest assured it was in good hands. He constantly updated us on the developments and reminded us on tasks ahead . Our neighbours have also passed compliments on Andy and his team on several occasions mentioning that they have not met such hardworking builders. He is very resourceful and well networked with various distributers ,etc.. and has enabled us to buy building materials at better prices . In the end we have always been very pleased with the results. You can always tell that he has put his heart and soul into the job. We would recommend Andy and would always go back to him for future projects.”

“Renoelevation Services Ltd has been truly amazing during all the process of our project! They did a loft conversion and full house renovation. They suggested things that we had never thought we could do before, and we are so happy that they did! Mario was answering and explaining any of my questions and his team was always CLEAN and RESPECTFUL!! They finished within time with high end results. “Crown Point Builders did an excellent job for us in replacing a odd shaped shower cubicle that was very old and leaking to the flat below. Ben was quick to respond to our initial enquiry, promptly visited the property to view the work and gave as a quote. He gave us a time frame for starting and completing the work which he stuck to. All our questions were dealt with quickly. The work was done to a high standard and we are delighted with the new shower. We would highly recommend Crown Point Builders.”

“Ash Builders refurbished my house in June 2018. From start to finish I received the most excellent service. Slim’s knowledge of the building trade and refurbishments was extremely insightful, helping me make good decisions on what I could have in my home. The work was carried out by Slim and his sons in the time frame arranged and was done efficiently with minimum disruption. A hard task when internal walls were being knocked down. They were clean, tidy and friendly. No job was too big or small for them, even when I changed my mind! I would 100% recommend Ash Builders for their above excellent work. My home is everything I wanted it to be and more.”

“I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“Daniel from Urban structures was so professional and helpful! He came to fix a leak I had and various other issues in my house due to a previous builder who completely messed up the job and refused to fix anything! Daniel was a breath of fresh air everything was fixed quickly and to an amazing standard! Would highly recommend.”
