Despite this they delivered our home from start to finish within 12 months which was an incredible performance. One of our neighbours who is a builder himself said he had never seen such a professional, hard working team. Phil and Lee, the owners of HM are a delight to work with. They have significant experience is specifying and managing jobs and present very realistic timetables and fair budgets. They also do not inflate prices for extras but work within the spirit of the contract. They keep you well informed throughout the process. Their team, which is a mixture of direct employees and sub-contractors are all delightful. They were very fair with the snagging - and were flexible in working around our plans. A colleague strongly recommended HighSpec and from the outset it was clear they were the most professional of the 3 quoting companies. There was a very personal touch in Andrew’s meetings .
