“The project was a complete renovation of a house built in the 1930's. The first floor was a complete gut and rebuild creating a showcase kitchen and correcting an addition that was done in the 70's. A master suite was added to the second floor. The entire house was rewired, all the plumbing was replaced and all the windows were replaced with new larger ones. Working with Michael Matrka Inc. was great. As the project moved forward I was presented with the different options that were available to me and given the pros and cons of each. This gave me confidence that I was making the best decisions for me. The end result is a fabulous house that doesn't look or feel like it has an addition. My neighbors are constantly telling me how much they appreciate the appearance of the house and how well it fits into and improves the look of the neighborhood.”
