Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

“Buchanan Const. was a pleasure to work with on building our home. His knowledge of building and materials was excellent. He made specific suggestions during the building process, such as adding a window seat and using the flooring material as the seating area. Buchanan also recommended extra insulation above the garage to help the bonus room for heating. Rick provided detailed invoices that spelled out each work order and changes that were made during the construction process. Since we were out of town for some of the construction, he always sent me photos of what they were doing and stayed in constant contact. His suggestion of landscaping ( adding rock walls ) was appreciated.
I would highly recommend Buchanan Construction, and if I build another home, Rick will be the first builder I will call.”
