“Afshin is a very knowledgable builder and I was able to trust him to take care of the project from beg to end, and ensure it was build within the reasonable timeframe we requested. During the project, whenever there is an issue arise with the contractors, Afshin would always step in to assist in resolving the problems. The quality of the home was very good, we have been living in our home for close to 5 years and the conditions are very good. There was no major defects at all. We will definetly choose Afshin to be our builder for our next home.”

“Midtown Toronto two story house. I hired Primo Contracting to do what's called a "full gut" renovation on my house, I also wanted my basement lowered by about two feet. They knew exactly what to do, one by one, professional trades came and went, the project started to take shape, demolition, underpinning, framing, mechanical,... Everything was getting done and they were passing all the city inspection's with no issues. When it came time for finishes the guys at Primo really paid attention to the details and the house came out great, there's not a creek anywhere and everything looks level and smooth. The painters did a great job on the house and my new oak staircase. It was a good experience, I have been confidently recommending their services to family and friends.”
