“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“Aspen Ridge Builders recently installed a complete set of replacement windows in our home. Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”

“We had Woodcastle Homes build our home in 2009. This was our first custom home, so we reached out to Chris for guidance on how to proceed. We knew how much we wanted to spend, but not much else. Chris was a terrific help providing floor plans and lot locations that fit within our budget. It didn't take long to decide where, and what, to build. Construction started in June and we moved in the last week of October -- one week before our first child was born! Thanks to Chris and the Woodcastle team, we were moved in and unpacked just in time for our new addition. More than seven years later, we continue to be happy with the quality and construction of our home.”

“Top Notch work and prices that are right on. I do a lot of construction myself and hire Chris when I need his help. I always get an estimate of time and materials and in most cases he is below my estimate. Most importantly, he does excellent work and is on time! He has tackled a range of projects over the last 9 years from fine carpentry to major construction....I would not go elsewhere unless he was too busy to fit my timeline! Biggest job was erecting a 9,000 sq foot steel building...came out excellent. Smallest job's were re-pointing bricks on industrial 2 story building (I figured 2 days, he did it perfectly in 1.5 days.); and installing a new deck railing at my home....again fast and excellent.”
