“We have used this construction company over the last few years and they have done some great work for us - the last job an excellent bathroom. We live in an old house and things not always straight forward. The contractors are always very pleasant and polite. We are confident that a job will be completed and we would never be left with something unfinished. A big bonus is that Pel will always reply to messages.”

“I had an extension built on my kitchen and another store added to my garage and cannot thank to CC builders enough for the end result. They actually finished the job earlier than anticipated and were very courteous and a pleasure to have around. The work they completed was extensive, but they got on with it, with no issues or having to be rained off. They were very competitive on price too comparing with quotes from other builders i did before, which was an added bonus.”

“Oldfield Construction gave us the best quote for our kitchen extension and we liked the attitude and professionalism of the team that we met. The build ran smoothly and we were kept frequently updated of any changes and or issues. They were knowledgable and helped us make decisions on all aspects of the build. The finish on the interior is amazing and the outside looks great against the rest of the house. Would thoroughly recommend them.”

“We employed K Design and Build to undertake a two storey side and front extension and a single storey rear extension which included a large kitchen/diner design. Throughout the build, Karl’s standard of work and attention to detail was exemplary. We gave Karl a strict immovable deadline for our build and despite very challenging weather conditions at times Karl and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to move into our dream home on time. Karl provided superb customer service throughout the build providing excellent advice on the overall design of the project and managing our stress levels through inevitable challenges that arose during the 6 month build. Most impressively this level of customer service has continued since the completion of the build. Karl has completed a 6 month review of the build with a 12 month final check arranged. Karl has also always responded quickly and positively with any questions we have had since completion. We would therefore highly recommend K Design and Build for any large scale build projects whose professional, knowledgeable and outstanding quality of workmanship is second to none.”

“We hired Ashley and his team to do a side and rear extension in 2018. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From day 1 they were excellent, providing updates on the progression of the project and keeping us in the loop of everything that was going on. We also were continually adding bits and amending the plans which was no problem for them. The extension was finished to a really high standard and we were extremely happy. We will continue to use Ashley for any project we undertake in the future with confidence.”

“Craig and Ryan and team are thoroughly recommended. They completed a substantial kitchen/utility remodel/knock through, loft conversion and new family bathroom for us while we lived in during the work. They communicate really well and clearly care about the work they do and want their clients to be happy. Everything was explained as we went along and they were considerate to us living in; rearranging the schedule so the most disruptive work was while we were away for a week. Their work is top notch and they use many specialist trades who were all lovely and who rooftop's high standards. All the work was done in 3.5 months which was incredibly fast, on some days it felt like an episode of DIY SOS! When we've had some minor snagging issues that have happened a couple of months after they've finished, they've still been responsive and sorted the problems in good time. We've already recommended Rooftop to many of our friends.”

“Krystian quoted a competitive rate for the job, which was to replace damaged fascia/soffits, roof tiles, guttering and drainpipes. He and his team turned up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleared away any mess afterwards and were very professional. He did some work for my neighbour at the same time (previously quoted for and agreed), who was also very happy with the results. i would recommend Krystian's company to anyone.”
