After reviewing our plans, they made it clear that there was flexibility and that all communications would be open, accounted for, and documented. All the fears of building a custom home were eliminated by the kindness, understanding, and face to face meetings. There was never a minute when the status of our project was unknown whether it was the change orders, cost impact, or planned finishing date. “We can’t say enough about Adam and Will. They are truly the best and we felt secure throughout the duration of our remodel knowing that they care about their clients and are passionate about the quality of their work. We feel that the Fortes build homes that are not only beautiful, but also inviting, special, and unique. We chose Forte Building Group because we wanted to add some of the “Forte" feel to our house. They basically changed the entire feel of our home for the better….making it more inviting and taking rooms that we really didn’t care for into rooms that we now love. In a way they are artists, not just contractors. The Fortes were always prompt in properly addressing and reconciling any concerns. Nashville has been growing by leaps and bounds and we think that it’s rare to find contractors whom you can trust like the Fortes. They use a very clear online budgeting/accounting system where you can look up the cost of each item and subcontractor during your project so you have an idea of all of the expenses. We wouldn’t start another project until we knew that we would have the privilege to work with Adam and Will again.”
