“We recently moved from London and didn’t know much about the area and that of building firms. We were recommended Heron Developments by a family friend. Any major building work carried out at your home is challenging and long. The decision to employ a building company is also a risk. However, from day one of meeting Jon, my husband and I agreed that this is the company we want to work with. Once the team were there, they sprang into action, we felt we were in good hands. A young but experienced workforce, who genuinely are interested in delivering a complete project. We are very happy indeed with the personal investment and finished project. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Ian and his team at IMS building have created us the most amazing family home, and transformed it from the 1970s into a stunning modern day home. Ian helped us from start to finish with ideas and suggestions, and had a full team of trades available that he trusts to do the job. Ian built the extension during Covid and although there were delays due to areas outside of his control, he was honest to the price he quoted and always kept us updated, which we were most grateful for. Ian listened to ideas we had and was happy to take on extra work as the project progressed. Ian was true to the work he quoted for, ensured the project passed building control and was flexible to make changes as the build and internal work progressed. “From start to finish, I was very impressed with James' professionalism. When giving the quote, he listened carefully to what I wanted and, when asked, offered some very good suggestions! James was very upfront with the cost of the job; the price I was quoted was the price that I paid. Furthermore, he was clear about when the job would start and how long it would take. He and his workforce were very friendly and professional throughout. I would certainly recommend James' services. I felt that what I was quoted for the work he completed was fair, the work was done to a very high standard and was completed on time. A very happy customer!”
