“I would absolutely recommend anyone to build with them in the future. They built a very upscale home for my clients when they were having difficulty finding the right home. They worked very well with my clients throughout the process in some instances going above and beyond. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic! I have no reservations about referring anyone to them and they will be my first choice to refer any clients to that are interested in building in the future and in fact should I decide to build again they would be my choice also. My clients were extremely happy with their home and in the end, were extremely happy with me for referring them! In summary, they built a high quality home without cutting corners - I recommend them highly and without reservation!”

“Peter and his team designed and built a beautiful forever home for us. He was willing to offer suggestions, but was always more interested in what we wanted. His process with us was not what I would consider fast, but "right" was much more important to us. I hope to live here the rest of my days. I guess my highest praise would be that I recommended my son and daughter-in-law have Peter design and build their next home.”

“After going to every Parade of Homes in Medina County for over a year; and interviewing several local builders, we chose Legacy Homes. The way John handled our initial meeting—the one I brought a 3” binder stuffed with years of “ ideas” to—was a great way to begin a relationship. He was open to my ideas and was able to show us how he could put my vision into one of his homes. His creativity and fondness for unique features appealed to my design background; and my husband appreciated his direct approach and “what he was able to deliver for the price”. John and his team’s field experience and subcontractor relationships made the process simple and they stayed on schedule. John’s attention to detail, focus on aesthetics and his overall vision for the space produced a stunning and beautiful home. It is highly functional and reflects our lifestyle. “Petros just completed our amazing modern home in Independence, OH and we could not be more excited to share the outcome (pictures coming). It is nearly a full custom and the x factor from Petros was most certainly Tricia Soltesz, their head designer. She has an amazing eye for any décor, but specifically we very much valued her guidance for our modern contemporary look. There are some truly unique elements in our house that we personally have not ever seen before. Amazing experience with Petros design center and overall build out.”

They worked hand in hand with us throughout the whole process and worked within our budget to give us the house of our dreams. His assistant Casey was awesome to work with and guided us in the right direction for every decision. They were super professional and so excited to provide the best service to us. The office was on time and he helped me do it within my budget when the banks were not letting people borrow in 2010. Three years and counting I get compliments daily on my building. Thanks you.”
