“When you contact Platinum Touch, they will send people out who will be comfortable, concerned with your needs, and don’t make claims they cannot meet. As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. “Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway. “Lionel is a true professional. He did a porch renovation for me this year and it was done with a high level of quality. His attention to detail is outstanding. My project was relatively small in comparison to the new homes he builds or larger renovation projects but he still gave me the attention when I needed it. I would recommend Lionel for future work on anyone's project.”
