They paid close attention to detail, communicated well all the way through, and finished on time - even when a hurricane threatened mid-project! The crew was professional, on time and respectful. “We have engaged Dolphin to design and build our dream home on Kiawah Island, SC. We are currently half way through construction. So far we are very pleased with the services provided by Dolphin. We worked with Noel over a prolonged design period (our choosing) - she had great patience and constructive input on design for our unusual plot. Dolphin drove the ARB approval process which was ultimately quite painless (we had expected this to be much more difficult). Prior to breaking ground, we started work with Catherine Anne on the endless decisions (everything from kitchen appliances and faucets to hardware and tiling). Catherine Anne made the whole process easy and and kept us on track. Once construction started, the Dolphin team kept us updatd regularly (important as we live in the North East and have only been on site 3-4 times during construction. Overall - so far very happy that we engaged Dolphin - we purposefully chose a design / build company and would highly recommend this experienced team.”

“Frank, of Dynamic Design-Build, has completed numerous home improvement projects for us, including a bath remodel, complete kitchen renovation with custom cabinets, a sunroom addition, and patio. He provides detailed, accurate designs, anticipates everything the project might entail, and provides an estimate which encompasses the entire job. He is on site with his contractors, monitoring every aspect of the job. The carpentry and finishing details are outstanding. Frank works with the customer to personalize every detail, and has been flexible if changes are desired.We continue to use Dynamic Design-Build, and frequently recommend them to others.”

“Did an amazing job getting my house built. He was on budget, open to communicate with me, honest to deal with and right there when I had questions. I appreciated the attention to his details of my house also appreciated his hands on approach to some of the finishing work. The local vendors and cabinet makers were local and that made the process go very smooth. My house was a great design, great energy efficient and very well built. Thank you!”
