“New Explode Construction Saved the Project! I don't write many reviews and did so this time because Sebastian Micle, Owner of New Explode Construction, went above and beyond the call of duty. I tried to save money on some electrical work as well as a kitchen & bathroom remodel. The original contractors made many mistakes and left the place a mess. I had a tight deadline and New Explode came in and fixed all the work and then proceeded to perform several other improvements to my condo. Sebastian stands apart from most of the contractors I have worked with because he has the highest integrity and will always give you a fair and honest assessment of the situation. More importantly, his word is his bond and he always stands behind his work. I give him my unconditional recommendation and will be using him for my projects in the future. “I used Fischer Homes to add an addition that doubled the size of my house from 1500 sq feet to 3000 sq feet. Josh does quality work and saved me thousands of dollars! He expertise helped us make significant improvements in the field from the blue prints, with out charging us for field changes. Very professional a man of his word, I would recommend Josh to anyone!”

“Lionel is a true professional. He did a porch renovation for me this year and it was done with a high level of quality. His attention to detail is outstanding. My project was relatively small in comparison to the new homes he builds or larger renovation projects but he still gave me the attention when I needed it. “Rite Way created a beautiful and custom full bathroom on the first floor of our 100 year old home. The restroom was created from a useless small room in the rear of the house and is now one of the most beautiful rooms in the house. We were able to make every decision on finishes from start to finish and were extremely pleased with the end result. The work started at the height of the hottest summer on record and finished days before we returned home from the hospital with our first child. Everything was clean during the construction and the contractors were a joy to have in our home. There is not a single visitor that comes to our home that isn't overly impressed with the way the room turned out and we have not had a single issue with the workmanship or quality of the room. We will continue to use Rite Way for any renovation project in home, big or small, and cannot recommend them enough!”

“My husband and I interviewed several builders before choosing Scott Simpson Builders to construct our new home in Northbrook, Illinois. We loved working with Scott, TK and Kathleen. They share a true love of building and wanted to make sure that our home reflected both our needs and style. All of the subcontractors were very talented and routinely cleaned up everyday. Our new neighbors were pleasantly surprised by the family friendly attitude of our builders and their team. I would highly recommend SSB to anyone looking to build or remodel their home. We have been in our home for 5 months and still pinch ourselves that we get to live there.”
