“With a growing family we got to the point that we needed to start looking for a bigger home that would suit our family and budget. We were quite happy to buy an existing home if we could find the right place. At the same time, we figured it wouldn’t hurt to look into building a new home if we could get some decent square footage to fit our budget. The trades that West Coast used were very friendly, helpful and willing to give advice when we were visiting the job site. There were times when Raymond would offer suggestions to change things on the go to add functionality – all done without extra change orders.
