I feel the project was managed to a very high standard and we were kept notified all the way from start to finish. “Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“It was such a relief to find builders we could trust. Before and during the build we found them to be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, to listen and take our desires on board, but to also offer suggestions and ideas to make things work better. They were also considerate, friendly people. They left the site tidy each day. They even covered the skip to minimise unwelcome contributions! The job is now complete and we are very happy with the result and with our choice of builders. Things went pretty smoothly and it was always a pleasure to deal with them.”

“I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“Exceptional builders - Castle Eaton genuinely cared about every aspect of our full house re-model and extension (and new large outbuilding) - Castle Eaton went above and beyond. Their standards were meticulous and Rich smoothed the way for us - we weren’t aware of any stress throughout the year long build process - the whole of the team were genuinely talented and very nice people. People often comment on how good the “finish” is on our house - nothing was left undone. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Castle Eaton and it was a genuine pleasure to work with them.”
