“Love all of the design options. The sales team and design team were great to work with. Construction team communicated very well with us when there were issues or delays. We were building during covid when many of the manufacturers and subcontractors were shut down and I was impressed with the level of communication and how they handled those issues. “I purchased the two-bedroom unit right as COVID was hitting in February 2020 and definitely hit some snags due to the pandemic. The installation did take longer; however, the unit has been fully operational for a year now, and we love it. We were going to use it as a short-term rental and ended up renting it out on a year-long lease. Great opportunity for side income.”
