Upon re-sale, each home inspector commented that "Bob Webb homes are always very well built," and both home inspections resulted in NO request for repairs! Our homes were completed at the exact price we were told to expect as well. The team was very up front with us and excellent with communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. They also stood by their craftsmanship during the entire time we lived in the homes. We are so comfortable and impressed, we would build with Bob Webb again in a heartbeat!”

The in-house designer was included in the pricing of the home and she attended the design center visits to assist in all aspects of color, flooring and kitchen selection. Monogram Homes built us an excellent, energy efficient home. They also provided excellent one-year warranty service to correct the expected blemishes which arose in the first year.”
