I was the Owner on each of these projects as well as the Architect. As an Architect with over thirty years of experience I am most particular concerning the quality of the people who I select to represent me on these type projects and I have never once had any reason to question Jared's competence, knowledge of the marketplace, relationship with his subcontractors or his ability to communicate effectively with all the regulatory players who are involved in the building process here in Summit County. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Jared and his company, I feel so strongly about his contribution to the team that I will not build in Park City or Summit County if he is not the contractor.”

As a person with self proclaimed "OCD" the Sweetwater team and other subcontractors I see around the jobs not only take pride in the services they provide, but take it further than that by doing the best artisan "ocd" work they can do. “Love all of the design options. The sales team and design team were great to work with. Construction team communicated very well with us when there were issues or delays. We were building during covid when many of the manufacturers and subcontractors were shut down and I was impressed with the level of communication and how they handled those issues.
